Extended Warranty

CEW Canada World Inc Extended Warranty Policy

This Warranty shall only apply to the purchaser of the product from CEW and not to third parties .All rights under this warranty are non-transferrable. CEW's engagement and accountability to remedy or refund the purchase price within this Warranty shall be applicable to the Purchaser only .

This Warranty shall not apply to the failure of any product resulting from the Purchaser's negligence, pills mistreatment , sovaldi sale mishandling , there misuse , exploitation , installation , or any utilization contradictory with the manufacturer specifications . CEW shall not be accountable under this Warranty for any king of damages and losses , including punitive, ideal , or any loss related to the damage of the products .The Purchaser shall have no rights under this Warranty in the event that the Purchaser fails to pay the Invoice of the product in full and on the due date specified on the invoice . CEW reserves the right at any time to amend or terminate this Warranty Agreement , and any product purchased afterwards shall not be included in this Guarantee .

The terms of this Warranty shall be government by the laws of the Province of Quebec , Canada

Warranty For Electronic Components

If any electronic component that was sold and shipped by CEW fails within 90 Days after the purchase date due to whatever reason, CEW shall replace the item or refund the purchase price, contingent on the terms and conditions here in :

(i)The 1 Year Warranty duration starts from the exact date in which the product was shipped from CEW to the Purchaser.

(ii) For the sake of realizing the rights under this Warranty, the Purchaser must provide the following required documentation to CEW within thirty (30) days from the rejection date.

(1) a written claim or notice , which advises CEW that the Purchaser is calling upon the rights of this Warranty , and clearly referencing the rejected product under the warranty .

(2) a credited and an official failure report in writing which details the reason behind visual or functional rejection along with supporting photos /documentation , as well as a copy of CEW issued Invoice in relation to the disputed product

(iii) All claims in connection to the Warranty must be sent to CEW either by email to the account manager of the Purchaser or by mail to the address stated on the issued CEW Invoice for the product being under Warranty

(iv) After a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued to the Purchaser , and the product was returned to CEW under this Warranty in a satisfactory condition , CEW may either replace the disputed product if it finds suitable or fully credit and reimburse the Purchaser with the total amount of the invoice.

(iiv) If you submit your claim after the 90 Days but within the 1 year Warranty Period, and presented a solid failure report, in this case CEW would guarantee you a credit on your account with the same value you paid for the proven damaged or malfunction goods. This Credit will be applied after we verify the test report, the parts after they are delivered back to us.
